To us Hugo is the nearest perfection of the Frenchie of the future! He is the type of Frenchie that can really improve our breed. Hugo is a very beautiful breedtypical french bulldog. He does not have a long back (just the right length, not even too short), he is square (as high as long), he has these beautiful big ears, not too much mask and we love the wrinkle above his short nose. His conformation is good, he moves well and he has  grown out to be a relatively small male, just like his dad.

He also got his dad´s charisma. Just like his dad Hugo has the ability, even by doing nothing spectacular, to melt your heart, to make you weak. If you bring a photocamera along then he will sit, no really, he will actually pose! It is almost impossible to NOT make a nice picture of him. Hugo is such a good model. And the other aspect of his Boyorism (charisma according to this father Boyo) is that everybody immediately likes him. Even people who have not met him in person (for example internet forummembers) have chosen him as one of their favorite dogs. Of daddy Boyo we have stated that it simply is not possible to NOT love him. This also accounts for his son. The only disadvantage Hugo has, is that he KNOWS you cannot NOT love him and he will use that knowledge when it fits him! Smart boy he is!

Except for being sweet and oh so charming, Hugo is also very playful. He likes to play with his ball. He is smart. We even sometiomes call him Hugo Houdini, because he manages tot climb up on everything, he always finds a way (by getting under, over, through etc.) to explore things, even the things he is not allowed to touch or play with... This makes him also very naughty. But you won´t mind... Hugo can give you that expression of innocence that will make your heart meld and you will soon forget his faults and his tricks.
Hugo adores attention (like his mom), when you have been away for a while (or every morning after a night´s sleep) he will always welcome you by showing one of his toys, or a sock (like his mom), waving his butt while howling like a wolf, he adores people (like dad). In short : Hugo is a terrific frenchie guy!

Hugo has produced beautiful offspring in our kennel with our blue lady Bella.

Hugo is availabe as studmale for breedtypical health tested females outside our kennel.

Health tests:
Hugo is health tested on airways, neck, back, heart, lungs, trachea and knees. The X-rays pictures of neck, back and trachea are available to serious puppybuyers and breeders who like to use Hugo as studmale.
